Tundra & Co., LLC is a property management and short-term rental design company which services the greater New Jersey area. It is a female owned business ran by Simi Gottesman. Simi launched this business to offer fellow rental homeowners and real estate investors an easy, hassle-free, full-service experience to get their new and vacant homes occupied faster for top dollar and return on investment! 

Simi has always had a passion for interior design, and she has previously owned and managed a high-end custom cake and cookie business where she was the lead cake artist and photography stylist. In addition to the other services of Tundra & Co., LLC, there is a full-service Interior Design experience for current homeowners or flippers that want to elevate their home(s) to the next level and on budget!
